Main instructions:

This machine is mainly used for producing 2.0-30mm thickness plywood,LVL,basic flooring, furniture boards, film faced plywood,container boards and so on.

Main features:

1.Easy to operate and save workers cost: one worker operate, from the veneers in-feeding, thickness testing,holes cutting,width testing,gluing and composing,to final automatic stacker.This whole process is fully automatic.

2.High precision thickness testing system, make the product uniform and minimum sanding.

3.Germany advanced brake clutch control technology and synchronous driving system make sure avoid overlaying and gap.

4.High temperature-resistant and strength-resistant hot melt silk enhance the longitudinal tensile and flexibility,it is most efficient for 2.0-6.0mm thin boards.

5.PLC micro-computer control, easy to operate and high efficiency.
